Terms and Conditions

• This application is only a request of the applicant for allotment of the said unit and does not create any right whatsoever of the applicant. If the allotment of any residential unit is obtained by misrepresentation or fraud, the allotment will be canceled and the allottee will not be entitled to any compensation.
• BRL Estates LLP (hereafter to be referred to as The Owner) on its sole discretion is entitled to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever to the applicant.
• Unless any agreement is executed in writing, the applicant will not be entitled to any allotment and hereby agrees not to step up any oral agreement whatsoever.
• The Owner may incorporate additional terms and conditions in the “Agreement for Sale” over and above those set out in the application.
• The drawing/plan showing the proposed project is provisional and tentative. The Owner can carry out such addition/alteration/deletion in the building plan/floor plan as the company may consider necessary or as directed by any competent authority.
• The enclosed brochure is not a legal offering but only informative material.
• Registration Charges, Stamp Duty and Statutory Taxes and so on as applicable at the time of possession must be borne by the Buyer.
• Service Tax/any other government duties/taxes must be paid extra by the applicant as and when applicable.
• The Buyer will be responsible for availing home loans in response to any extra cost, non-sanction of the loan for whatsoever reasons. The Owner will not be responsible.
• Legal expenses for Agreement for Sale, Deed of Sale and so on must be borne by the applicant as and when asked for.

I/We hereby declare that all the above statements are true to the best of my/our knowledge and nothing relevant has been concealed or suppressed. I/We also undertake to inform BRL Estates LLP of any further changes, related to the information and details mentioned in this application form. I/We also further declare that the document has been read and the terms and conditions of sale and other information/ conditions stated in the application including payment schedule have been fully understood.
